  • Ice Skating 2011

As quiet of a person as I am, I actually REALLY LOVE the holiday rush. I mean, when I’m not the one needing to rush. I just enjoy taking it easy whilst there is holiday madness around me. Yesterday was just that. Lunch, ice skating, browsing downtown, and Beard Papa’s dessert to seal our girls day!

Getting ready to head out! I put on as many layers as I could underneath that sweater. Ugh! It’s so hard to look skinny in winter wear!

Getting our skates on. I swear.. how is this giant related to me?

Keeping balance! Its been 2 years since I last ice skated so it took some time for me to get used to it again.

Just hanging out. Yay us! We didn’t fall even once! Can’t say the same for everyone else in there!

Me, trying to teach myself how to skate backwards. Its really really really really hard!

Getting tired! Oh man my legs were sooooooooooo sore by night time!

Me and mommy! .. playing with snow we scraped up from the ice rink. Hahahahah.
I just got my hair done the day before. It took 6 hours in the salon chair to get this color! In case you don’t remember my old hair..

I think I prefer the black. But I’ll keep the light highlights for a year or so since it took soooooo much work! And the stylist did an amazing job. I’m just not used to it on me. I miss my intense black amazon woman hair :(

After ice skating we decided to walk the whole 1 mile to downtown San Francisco. Of course making pit stops along the way to enjoy the beautiful holiday decorations. Lol!

Mum and I! These were just soooo cute!

Even the parking garage was sparking and bright! Time to go home and rest my little legs.

I can’t wait for yobo to get here for Christmas. There is sooooooooooooo much I want to take him to see in the holiday spirit! Hope no one is feeling the holiday blues. There is so much beauty and lights out there to enjoy with your friends and family!
