Life is not Perfect.
No duh...
But you have to admit for the most part I am so happy go lucky. My life is blessed, no doubt. But there are days where I feel like EVERYTHING sucks. Today is one of those days! So this is my post on things that make me cringe
1. Ants. WHYTF is there soooo many damn ants who keep coming back? Even after we set up ant traps and Raid and clean every damn surface and dish and chopstick with soap and water and .. WHY!? Ughhh!! LEAVE US ALONE!! We never had this problem before, but these last few weeks there are just trails and trail and trails of ants in the kitchen. Driving me effin' crazy!
2. With all the technology going on .. why do people still ask me questions like.. what bus to take somewhere? 1st off, I never take the bus, why are you asking me? 2. If you can email me the question, then you can just google it Stop being lazy, I cannot spoon feed you information like that. I makes me think you are lazy and I am not impressed.
3. I work in the wedding industry but I personally do not know anyone who got married simply because it's rare for us 23 yr old people to get married. So I forever feel young. Then in the last month alone, 6 people I personally know MY age are engaged. And I'm like WTF! When did I get so old?!

Okay some help-
1) The problem is scout ants found your home and spilled the beans to the colony. So killing all the ants you see won't matter since the colony already has the info on where the "goods" are. Your option is to either wipe out the colony, which can be difficult, or get them to write your place off the "goods" list - you can do that with using lemon juice and lemon peels. Wipe the affected areas with juice and leave peels around for a few days. Ants don't like lemons and will declare "There goes the neighborhood!", and report back that your place now gets a thumbs down. The key is don't kill the ants that come to look for food..let them make it back to the colony to update the info. Also make sure that all your food is FAR away from the areas of invasion.

Make sure to follow the ant trails to where they enter the house. Place traps there (i personally just use the stakes). In addition, use a water/lemon mixture to wipe down countertops/floors etc. Scout ants leave scented trails for the colony to follow. By wiping down those surfaces, they rest of the colony will get lost.
LOL! You are not old. I wished I could turn back the clock to when I was 23. hehe

#3 I'm older than you and I've got friends who were married or had kids by your age. Me? Boyfriend-less. You've got a long while before you need to worry about getting married.
@SoullFire - @LostSock21 - I never knew about this lemon thing. And scout ants? Wow you guys know a lot! THANKS for the tips. I am going to go flood my kitchen in lemon juice now. har har.
Don't go overboard. Make sure to dilute in water or else your counters/walls/floors may get stained.
